Ed has a heart for serving in all that he does. He loves serving in his community so what better way than to open a facility that will provide an array of services that will be able to help the people in his community. When Ed isn’t working he loves spending time with his wife traveling.

Hope has a passion for serving but more than that, she has a passion for building relationships. She loves being able to bring people together for all kinds of purposes and from all walks of life. Wholeheartedly, she believes that through real relationships real change can happen.

CFO

Robert is a proud father of three children and two grandchildren. Robert comes to Winds of Change from the gas well industry. Robert’s expertise is a huge asset in making the best financial decisions for Winds of Change to be able to serve the community. When Robert isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling with his wife.

LPCA/Clinical Director

Dorothy has worked in the field of substance abuse for over 16 years. She is very passionate about helping others to restore their lives. She obtained her CADC credential in 2012. Dorothy is a board-approved supervisor. She obtained her LPCA certification in 2022 from the University of the Cumberlands. In the field of substance abuse, she has worked with many populations, including pregnant and postpartum females, those recently released from incarceration, and juveniles. She feels that being able to see individuals regain control over their lives, repair relationships, and begin to know their worth is the best part of her career.

She has four children and loves music of all types, camping, and reading. She is a very spiritual person and she believes that counseling is part of her true purpose.

LPCC

Sarah has worked in the field of substance abuse for over 16 years. In 2012, she graduated with her Master’s Degree in Human Services and Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College and loves learning new skills and techniques. Sarah has extensive experience working with pregnant and postpartum females and has experience working in an outpatient setting as well. Sarah is passionate about helping others and about creating a supportive environment for all clients. Sarah loves reading, traveling, and spending time with her children and granddaughter.

LAB TECHNICIAN

Rita is employed by Aegis Sciences Corporation, and will be working on-site at Winds of Change as a Lab Technician. Rita is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. Rita lives in London, Ky., and has worked in the field of Substance abuse for two years. She has a passion for helping those in need. Rita has two children and two grandchildren that she enjoys spending time with. When she is not working she loves spending time with Rodney, her partner in life, chasing the next adventure.
